Foundation pursues to improve quality of education in Tsuwano City by designing and implementing learning programs in schools, as well as, providing capacity building supports to teachers.

• Developed vision, mission, core values, policies and both short- and long-term strategies of organization, and identified potential new projects, networks of future collaborators, and funding opportunities.
• Designed comprehensive fundraising plan that prioritized relationship-building, and outlined regular touchpoints throughout a year to keep supporters informed and engaged in organization's work.
• Developed and managed recruiting procedure and standards showcasing foundation values; recruited 6 members who brought positive changes to organization.
• Established and maintained strong and cooperative relationships with students, teachers, parents, and residents of Tsuwano City; annually held 6 educational workshops for students which more than 100 residents participated voluntarily.
• Fostered positive and professional work environment by clarifying standards of work, and simultaneously providing capacity building opportunities.

• Designed, developed and launched learning program for children aged from 5 to10 years placing emphasis on nurturing non-cognitive ability through plays using Japanese traditions and cultures as inspirational sources.
• Developed and maintained strong relationships with customers, which resulted in referrals.
• Established trusts with local educational entities conducting steady efforts such as visiting schools and kindergartens, exhibiting Japanese traditions and cultures, participating to local events, and hosting Japanese festivals.
• Managed day-to-day business operations.

• Designed learning program for Michael Quinn Patton's "Developmental Evaluation (DE)" to introduce and to spread its concepts and practices to Japanese evaluation practitioners.
• Maintained up-to-date knowledge of contents and contexts surrounding DE concepts and practices; ensured accurate and practical advice to participants at all times.
• Delivered informative lectures and facilitated practices in fields during six months program to 16 selected Japanese evaluation practitioners.
• Developed DE learning and training materials for Japanese contexts.

In Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina:

• Coordinated and brought together 17 members with diverse and different religious and cultural backgrounds to establish new private tourism destination management organization leading tourism development discussions and proposing solutions through public-private partnerships.
• Developed strong relationships, and communicated extensively with 8 counterpart organizations to mediate public-private partnerships and to implement project activities.
• Planned, designed, and scheduled activities of project, as well as, identified plans and resources required to meet project goals and objectives.
• Implemented project activities by prioritizing tasks according to urgency, religious and cultural sensitivity, resource availability, and alignment with project goals.
• Drafted project reports to identify successful outcomes, insights and future recommendations.

In Bhutan Office:

• Evaluated and re-examined 7 staffs performance through conducting interviews and identifying areas for improvements which contributed positively to enhance staff motivations.
• Played key role in developing strong relationships with the Royal Government of Bhutan to promote open communication and cooperation in formulating and implementing projects.
• Made strategic and operational decisions of office's presence towards the Royal Government of Bhutan, as well as, among various donors in Bhutan.
• Coordinated multi-agency operations for conducting qualitative survey, collected and shared information efficiently while protecting sensitive data.
• Maintained up-to-date knowledge of responsible sectors' trends and regulations, simultaneously, visited sites to ensure accurate and necessary assistance.

In Indonesia:

• Established effective relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally, and formulated 1 loan project, which worth 60 million USD, in tertiary education sector.
• Lead initiative to develop Tertiary Education Program (the mid-long-term policy, strategy, scenario, and specific commitment plans), and maintained close dialogues with stakeholders including Government of Indonesia and other donor agencies.
