I left Italy in 2013 to start my life in Japan. As I developed good skill in japanese language, I’ve been always active and tried different jobs until I started to help my ex husband into a little grapes farm. This work takes a lot of dedication and planning, as the Japanese market for fruits it’s very profitable if perfect products are delivered. However, our policy is to provide of course mostly delicious products, even if this means less eye catching. I have the confidence to sa that being a co-owner at Fattoria Natura Izumo, it improved some skill in strategic planning and financial management. Proven track record in enhancing operations and mentoring staff, fostering a culture of growth.
