• Improved requirement gathering by supporting in Fit-gap analysis resulting in new development preparation.
• Supported in preparing functional specification for new development, Conducted Integration test, User acceptance Test.

Project 2: AMS (Application Management Services)

Client: Unilever Japan K.K., Tokyo, Japan (FMCG sector)

Duration: Sep 2022 – Mar 2023 (6 months)

Role: SAP FICO/MM Consultant

• Pursued MM certification and learnings.
• Incident Management-Responded to and resolved FICO-related incidents reported by end-users or detected through system monitoring.
• Worked on Troubleshoot issues related to general ledger, accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting.
• Handled day-to-day incidents reported by end-users related to SAP MM functionality, such as purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt, inventory management, and invoice verification.

Project 3: AMS (Application Management Services)

Client: GC DENTAL, Tokyo, Japan (Health care sector)

Duration: Sep 2022 – June 2024 (1 year 9 months)

Role: SAP FICO Functional Consultant

• Remote maintenance , version up, migration, business process re-engineering.
• Requirement hearing to provide solutions including add-on program development
• Worked on Change requests related to financial accounting, within the SAP system. Determined the necessary configuration changes, master data updates, and system enhancements required to implement the requested changes effectively.

Project 4: Implementation phase

Client: Mitsubishi chemical group, Tokyo, Japan (Chemical and industrial gases sector)

Duration: June 2024 – December 2024 (6 months)

Role: SAP FICO Consultant

• Requirement Gathering (Blueprint Phase):-

Conduct workshops with business users to understand processes (e.g., AP, AR, GL, asset accounting, cost centers, profit centers).

Document AS-IS (current process) and design the TO-BE (future SAP-based process).

Prepare the Business Blueprint Document.

• System Configuration (Realization Phase):-

Configure SAP FICO modules in SPRO

General Ledger (Chart of Accounts, Fiscal Year Variant)

Accounts Payable / Receivable

Asset Accounting

Bank Accounting / House Banks

Controlling (Cost Elements, Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Profit Centers)

Maintain number ranges, posting keys, tax codes.

• Integration with Other Modules:-

Coordinated with SD/MM consultants to ensure seamless integration points (e.g., FI-SD billing, FI-MM GR/IR, automatic account determination).

Prepared test cases and participated in: Unit Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users

Duration: October 2024 – Present (11 months)

Role: SAP HR Consultant

• User Support & Issue Resolution: -

Handle tickets (incidents, problems, service requests) raised by end users in SAP HR modules (PA, OM, Time, Payroll)

Troubleshoot issues like incorrect infotype data, authorization errors, payroll mismatches.

Resolve interface errors between SAP and 3rd-party systems (e.g., payroll providers, attendance machines).

• Configuration Changes: -

Made minor or approved config updates (e.g., add a new personnel subarea, adjust time quotas).

Performed unit testing and documentation for any changes.

• Monitoring & Reporting: -

Monitor background jobs (e.g., time evaluation, payroll runs).

Run and analysed reports (e.g., wage type reporter, headcount reports).

• Master Data Maintenance: -

Guided data corrections (PA30, PA40).

Support data uploads via LSMW or BDC when needed.
