  • Incident Management-Responded to and resolved FICO-related incidents reported by end-users or detected through system monitoring.
  • Worked on Troubleshoot issues related to general ledger, accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, cost accounting, and other FICO modules.
  • Handled day-to-day incidents reported by end-users related to SAP MM functionality, such as purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt, inventory management, and invoice verification.

Role: SAP FICO Consultant

  • Worked on Change requests related to financial accounting, within the SAP system. Determined the necessary configuration changes, master data updates, and system enhancements required to implement the requested changes effectively.
  • Developed custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, or other technical solutions as needed to support the implementation of the change request, Testing and Validation.

Role: SAP FICO Consultant

  • Requirement Gathering (Blueprint Phase):-

Conduct workshops with business users to understand processes (e.g., AP, AR, GL, asset accounting, cost centers, profit centers).

Document AS-IS (current process) and design the TO-BE (future SAP-based process).

Prepare the Business Blueprint Document.

  • System Configuration (Realization Phase):-

Configure SAP FICO modules in SPRO

Handle tickets (incidents, problems, service requests) raised by end users in SAP HR modules (PA, OM, Time, Payroll)

Troubleshoot issues like incorrect infotype data, authorization errors, payroll mismatches.

Resolve interface errors between SAP and 3rd-party systems (e.g., payroll providers, attendance machines).
