One of the most challenging and rewarding experiences I had at university was a group project in my seminar. Our task was to analyze the stock market and develop investment strategies based on our research. Working in a multinational team, I took on the role of leader and facilitated smooth communication by utilizing multiple languages to bridge diverse perspectives. I also took the initiative to compare and analyze corporate financial data, integrating individual members' findings to propose a balanced investment strategy that considered both risk and return. While handling real-world data for the first time was difficult, through continuous analysis and coordination, I developed the ability to strategically organize complex information and guide team decision-making. This experience significantly strengthened both my cross-cultural collaboration skills and my ability to formulate data-driven strategies.
