As the Managing Director of Japan at GEODIS, I oversee the Country's P&L and Operations, and lead a team of logistics professionals across functions and locations. With 20-year of experience in logistics and supply chain industry, my journey has started from sales and marketing, corporate account management, and customer relationship management.

My mission is to drive growth and innovation for GEODIS and its clients, leveraging my expertise in international finance, business development and strategic planning.

I am also passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion in the field and being a role model for female leaders in a traditionally male-dominated industry, I firmly believe that by embracing different perspectives and cultures, we can create more value and opportunities for our stakeholders and society.
