New Service System inc. is an affiliate company of the Imperial Hotel Tokyo, one of the most traditional and historical hotels in Japan, and has operated almost all banquet events in the hotel from very early times. Those events are consisted from international conferences, wedding and other dinner parties, and ceremonial events related to Imperial family of Japan.

• I assigned as an assistant manager for each banquets event and facilitated them under the direction of chief/captain, especially served 3 years for Tokyo Rotary Club's regular and special meetings.
• [Detailed operations] Prepare and set items needed before the events with colleagues, conduct technical terms(e.g. sound, lightings, controlling the timing of announcements to the host/announcer), continuous service for VIPs and main guests including president or prime minister of another countries to their seats or stage, set on/adjust/set off microphones, letters,flowers and any items needed on the stage or seat, converting stage settings during the event.

I started this job as an part-time staff because I lost ex-job not from my will, but experiences on this job made me durable enough for multi task and collaboration with other person because the tasks, conditions on site, colleague was so varied everyday.

I worked as an assistant designer and a carpenter, but their financial situation deteriorated due to the trouble at an project in Chiba Pref. and some staff including me was fired.
