My greatest strength is my relentless dedication to achieving my goals. When I joined the basketball club in my first year of high school, my lack of skill meant I couldn't get playing time. To change that, I practiced on my own every day, in addition to team practice. Specifically, I reviewed videos of my own plays to analyze my weaknesses, and I focused intensely on improving them. Furthermore, I actively sought advice from seniors and coaches, applying it to my practice, which allowed me to feel steady growth. As a result, I gained the team's trust and earned a starting position in games. Through this experience, I developed the ability to sustain effort, and the mindset to proactively implement solutions for challenges. I believe I can contribute these skills to your company.

The activity I devoted myself to most during my student days was playing basketball for my university team I trained diligently every day with the goal of promoting our team to Division 3 of the Kanto University Basketball League Achieving promotion required not only improving individual skills, but also enhancing the team's overall coordination and raising the baseline physical fitness of the entire squad. Therefore, while continuing to improve my own skills, I constantly thought about how to make the team stronger. As a result, I gathered the bench members who had limited playing time, formed a team myself, and proposed and implemented strategies to elevate the level of the less-experienced players. Initially, we struggled with coordination and communication errors during games. However, through repeated discussions after practice to align the team's thinking, we ultimately competed in official matches with this team. This experience taught me not only about self-improvement but also a macro perspective on team improvement, enabling me to develop the initiative to act with the organization's overall results in mind.
