• Leveraged a Python-based automation tool to enable automated data deployment into the Sandbox environment via DataLoader following the OCE version upgrade. This reduced the manual update process from one full day to just a few minutes, significantly enhancing operational efficiency.
• Facilitated seamless communication and collaboration with U.S. technical team to resolve synchronization issues with MR visit records, ensuring smooth operations.
