• Worked as a tooling lead and worked with cross functional teams to process the tool orders received and extended tool design support, and coordinated with tooling quality team to ensure the tools clear the Part-Fit Check (PFC).
• Designed numerous drill jigs, Ground Handling Equipment (GHE), Material Handling Equipment (MHE) as per production requirements.
• Performed tooling cost estimation and coordinated with suppliers/vendors for tool manufacturing support.
• Involved in Manufacturing Support of Transportation Jigs at vendor locations to carry PC12 aircraft parts - Fuselage, Wings, Rudders, Ailerons in sea containers to customer location - Pilatus Aircraft Limited, Switzerland.
• Experienced in in-plant team coordination for effective execution of tooling activities.
• Received certificate of merit from Pilatus customer on accomplishing on-time delivery of the first set of PC12 aircraft parts through overseas.
