Chiba Precast Concrete Factory

• Conducted quality control tests of raw materials, fresh concrete, and secondary products, ensuring that all materials met project requirements and standards.
• Managed the stock yard, conducted necessary surveying and leveling of the yard, and prepared layout for the stock of products, ensuring efficient use of space and timely delivery of products to clients.
• Prepared 3D models of precast elements and described them to subcontractor's foremen and clients about the production procedure and the final product, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements and expectations.
• Supervised precasting inspections of reinforcement arrangements, embedment inserts, splice sleeves, gussets, concrete connectors, and relay joints, etc., confirming they were in compliance with design drawings and specifications.
• Prepared working and reinforcement drawings, quality inspection and shipment reports, monthly production reports, and cost breakdowns of projects, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
