- Led the substantive work on the negotiations of bilateral investment treaties, which resulted in successful conclusion of negotiations with Angola and Bahrain.
- Engaged in the negotiations to modernize Energy Charter Treaty (ECT), including the enhancement of investor protection for hydrogen and ammonia, which resulted in the “agreement in principle” in June 2022.
- Contributed, as a key negotiator of Japan, to the successful conclusion of Clean Economy negotiations under Indo-Pacific Economic Partnership for Prosperity (IPEF), aimed primarily at facilitating the use of clean energy in the Indo-Pacific region.
