During postings overseas, planned and led colleagues and young friends on different trips, including their first opera experience in several venues (Venice, Vienna, Barcelona, Metz among others), or to cheese producing areas (French and Swiss Jura for Mont d'or and Tete de Moine). Managed 150MM euros Development/Registration/Marketing outpost company for a leading Japanese crop protection chemicals company.
Worked variously in the Specialty Chemicals business units and in overseas corporate (planning) departments for a leading Japanese Trade and Investment company.
Travelled extensively in Latin America and Africa among others.
Led Mitsui & Co's European holding company for crop protection chemicals distribution. Managed the lawsuit against the former owner of a acquired subsidiary and secured the remaining part of the escrow account.
