I am very interested in joining the ENNE RING team because I really like the idea of helping customers create not only a ring, but also a memorable experience. Through more than three years of customer service experience at a Japanese restaurant, I have learned how important it is to communicate warmly, understand each customer's needs, and make them feel comfortable. I have also studied and volunteered abroad, which has given me confidence in communicating with people from different cultural backgrounds. As I can communicate in both Japanese and English, I believe I can support both local and international customers and help make their experience at ENNE RING special and enjoyable.
