I have 8 years of experience at Unilever Vietnam where I took on various roles in the Customer Development department. Starting as a Planning Assistant after completing my undergraduate studies, I have progressed through a number of positions including Planner for the Home Care, Personal Care categories and Food, Plan Manager, Client Manager and finally Lead Account Manager (KAM) for a key account in the Modern Commerce channel.
I managed 12 product categories, over 27 brands, and more than 400 SKUs, achieving an average monthly revenue of over 6 million USD for the company. Throughout my career, I managed a strong team of over 30 office-based members and more than 200 field staff, making our team the most robust in Unilever Vietnam.
My achievements and progress were the result of relentless effort, dedication, and a strong sense of responsibility and seriousness in everything I undertook. Consequently, I was consistently recognized as a high-potential employee during annual evaluations and one of the youngest managers at Unilever Vietnam.
However, for personal reasons, I left everything I had built up in my career and moved to Japan. Here I am working part time at a company called Asia Zone Car. I'm not a formal employee, but I'm loved by my company's management and colleagues. I believe that success comes from hard work, perseverance and dedication to work. I always try to learn to improve myself and improve my knowledge. I am passionate and do not hesitate to face challenges. I also strive to keep my promises and earn the trust of my company and my colleagues. I have always believed myself to be a reliable person. With my knowledge and willingness to market, I believe I can contribute to the company. I believe that this is a good environment for me to maximize my abilities.
