My strength is my ability to communicate flexibly in different situations. Through my term of study abroad in the U.S., I developed the skills to interact with people from diverse backgrounds and learned to respect different values. In my previous job, I made it a point to communicate with staff and customers, and to think from the customer's point of view. Rather than simply providing service, I emphasized hospitality and customer service that was in line with my phases. I have provided customer service to new members and regular members, provided information on facilities and programs, changed the layout of the store, and created in-store pop-ups and campaign posters.
