Summary

With interest in maternal-fetal medicine, decided to specialise in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Also interested in public health, majored in biostatistics and epidemiology in Hokkaido University. Currently looking for opportunities to study causal inference, and realize health systems that are evidence-based. This comes from experience of obstetrician; witnessing many health policies that were not based on evidence. Therefore, found biostatistics and epidemiology to be truly relevant to the objective. Being hardworking and passionate researcher, managed to cooperate with many PhD students and teachers, and collaborate with even companies.

  • Campaigned actively to improve working environments of physicians.
  • Keen in improving efficiency, produced useful systems for data-automation.
