  • To promote and sell medical products to customers including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists by providing them with latest treatment information, establishing strong relationship, and proposing the solutions around medical clinic such as patient education, interaction with opinions, and hospital-clinic collaboration.
  • From 2010 to 2014, having been charge of clinics and core hospital of Shonan-area in Kanagawa prefecture. Mainly dealing with Edirol and Bonviva for osteoporosis, Actemra for rheumatoid arthritis. Accomplished over 50% share among osteoporosis medicines by establishing the retaliation ship with doctors. In terms of the launch of self-injection device of Actemra, I've held the joint-information session even with competitor in order to expand the market.
  • From 2014 to 2019, having been charge of Saint-Marianna University with the responsibility to increase the sales of Mircera for renal anemia. The share of our medicine was only 5% in this facility, but grown to 60% eventually. Having utilize the ability of understanding the customer's needs correctly, clarifying the market for each clinician and meeting their demand including the development of renal transplant, the collaboration with local clinics and interaction with opinions.
  • From 2019 to 2022, having been charge of Kanagawa Cancer Center to promote Tecentriq, immunotherapy for lung cancer and breast cancer. Achieving the success of launch of this medicine for breast cancer with the possibility of complete recovery. And I also have held the joint-conference with other cancer center to improve the sales in lung cancer, it was so effective to interact with opinions and get the latest lung cancer treatment by using Tecentriq. This has made Kanagawa Cancer Center to top productive facility of Tecentriq in Japan. As a team leader, I've provided the members with my experience and given them the stories of success.
  • After the paternity leave for 1 year, having been charge of Yokohama City University from 2023 to current. My mission is make the success of launching Vabysmo, intravitreal injection for retinal diseases and accelerate the sales of this bi bispecific antibody. Chugai was new face in this area, and I managed to understand the needs to interact with global opinion. And I've held the seminar by inviting the speaker from US to build the relationship with ophthalmologists in University. Thanks to this solution, we got over 30% share of entire intravitreal injections, and this is about double of the national average share.
