Responsibilities:

• Existing On-Premises application version was set to retire and challenges of existing On-Premises platform for scalability, cost merit and constrained performance was impacting existing TCM FA Application efficiency.
• With strong know-how of business use cases, data utilization and considering future scalability, critically reviewed designed of System and Infra Architecture for Teamcenter on AWS Platform.
• Enabled team to execute Application Version upgrade including custom solution (includes Data Model, Workflow, Query, Client Side and Server-Side Customization), Functional, Regression and Performance Test
• Implemented Single Sign On (SSO) with SAML 2.0 authentication.
• Reviewed high level plan and enabled team for execution of Biz Load Test to Simulate to realistic scenario.
• Governed and supported to Roll-out of solution in Japan, Vietnam, India.
• Postproduction rollout handover & support.

• Simplifying interface of Work Instruction Manual Authoring and adopt timely changed required to be performed by Biz SME, no code, low code Mendix platform was selected
• Participate business requirement discussion and facilitate Team lead to understand critical biz requirement
• Review of Mendix Interface design, its simplicity and scalability for citizen developer for future maintenance
• Review of Mendix to TC Integration SOA Framework

• With strong know-how of business use cases, data utilization and considering future scalability, designed System and Infra Architecture for Teamcenter on AWS Platform (including EC2, Oracle RDS, FSx, S3, ALB, Cloud Monitoring & AWS Console).
• Executed Application Version upgrade including custom solution (includes Data Model, Workflow, Query, Client Side and Server-Side Customization), Functional, Regression and Performance Test
• Implemented Single Sign On (SSO) with SAML 2.0 authentication
• Full scale data migration from existing System to New AWS System carried out using AWS Native Solution of Snowball and AWS SFTP Solution
• Executed Biz Load Test to Simulate to realistic scenario

• Designed Amazon Workspace VDI, AppStream Solution for Production Engineering Application
• Conducted POC and setup benchmarking of Production Engineering Applications client desktop virtualization, which was 1st of its kind for Siemens Suits of Products
• Design VDI, AppStream Architecture, Fleet Sizing to realize optimal cost, effective performance & best in class use experience while working in Virtual Environment
