• Task currency VND, IDR, MYR, THB, RMB, KRW and Crypto
• Focus on payment gateway method
• Daily report of cash flow
• Follow up vendor and credit member deposit
• Follow up vendor and payout member withdrawal
• Monitoring and help officer to do their task.
• Record, reconciliation and send email for suspicious transaction, frozen account, locked account, and other abnormal cases to the related team.
• Problem solving for operational task and report to SPV for advise if have case need approval

• Monitoring deposit and withdrawal bank transfer and payment gateway
• Process credit member deposit
• Process payout member withdrawal
• Arrange daily task of officer
• Daily report of cash flow
• Monitoring and help officer to do their task.
• Record, reconciliation and send email for suspicious transaction, frozen account, locked account, and other abnormal cases to the related team.
• Problem solving for operational task and report to SPV for advise if have case need approval

• Monitoring and doing report of account problem with related team

• Transfer out fund in deposit account to transit account for safety reason
• Monitoring and keep low balance of deposit account
• Full fill request from fund out team for pay member withdrawal
• Monitoring and keep balance of transit account as balance allowed
• Transfer out excess fund of transit to MC
• Reporting to leader for any suspicious transaction , account lock, account frozen and other abnormal case

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions.
• Publish financial statements in time.
• Handle daily, monthly and yearly closings.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure timely bank payments.
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
