Projects Experience

 Analysis (BEV Vehicle) 

 1. SIDE OBLIQUE POLE and DUECARE Impact analysis: 

  • Scope of Analysis is to Achieve the Structural stability and Battery Safety.
  • Design solutions / Countermeasures are suggested to client for the Evaluation items which were not meeting the Target.
  • Analysis has been solved using RADIOSS solver. And post processing been done using Meta post.
  • Continuous interaction with Design team to make sure the Countermeasure implementations for the Feasibility.


 2. Frontal Impact Analysis ( Pick up Truck): 

  • Full Vehicle model has been prepared to submit the run (LSDYNA).
  • Frontal Impact Analysis Target Evaluation items (Frame deformation, Cabin deformation, vehicle - pulse, Contact forces, Fuel integrity) has been analyzed and plotted.
  • Countermeasures are brainstormed for notachieved evaluation items. (WHY-WHY analysis).
  • Design solutions are proposed to client with achieved models and PPT documents. (WAKARI YASUI method)
  • Design solutions and production feasibility are discussed among cross functional team.


 3. Structural performance Analysis (Full Frontal Rigid, ODB56-64) 

  • Model set up has been done using Hyper-mesh and ANSA (preprocessor).
  • Model boundary conditions have been updated as per the standard Regulations. EURO NCAP
  • Analysis has been solved using Ls Dyna solver. And report been done using Animator, Ls Pre post (Post Processors)
