● Identified and led large-scale, strategic projects to maximize end-to-end value for Amazon's supply chain finance operations

AWS Tech Infra Program Management (June’22 to Dec’23):

● Managed data center retirement and migration portfolios across 14 APAC regions, leading a team of 8 direct reports

● Worked with sales/marketing to understand capacity demands and define short/long-term plans with senior leadership

● Developed and implemented portfolio tracking tools to ensure on-time delivery and optimal budget utilization

● Presented business reviews to VP level stakeholders about performance and improvement initiatives.

● Implemented data reporting framework for my complex org in 5 months which resulted in reducing data extraction and reporting TAT (turn around time) from 2 weeks to 4 hours.

● Implemented new portfolio tracking mechanism which helped reduced vendor budget spend in 2022 by $1.5M. Same system is being implemented globally which has the potential to save vendor budget spend by $5M.

Amazon Retail Compliance PMO (Sep’20 to May’22)

● Led a team of 8 direct reports to manage a complex compliance portfolio across 10 verticals and 5 APAC marketplaces

● Developed strategic vision for program management, metrics, and process improvement initiatives

● Built new customer and seller engagement tools by working with engineering and product teams which improved product safety index by 17%points.

● Setup a data reporting framework across Compliance and other stakeholder groups which reduced data delivery TAT by 64%.

●Delivered compliance requirements for high impact business expansion programs (2 in AU, 3 in SG and 1 in KOR) in 2021 which enabled Amazon’s entry into new markets of NZ, KOR and MY. The projected impact for these projects for 2022 is a GMS growth of $200M, 11% reduction in FC handling cost per unit.
