As an undergraduate student, I used to perform metagenome analysis of the microbial layer of organic agricultural fields using specialized tools that required command-line manipulation.
Currently, I am engaged in investigating the mechanisms of meiosis using nematodes, C.elegans, and I am interested in computer-based data analysis.

I participated Data Science Summer School 2023 in the University of Göttingen to study how to classify 3D brain tumor datasets with Convolutional Neural Network.
