*Die cast operator operates a die casting machinery, pouring molten metal into a mold to create specific parts for machines, such as carburetors or engine blocks. Duties are to calibrate, operate, and maintain the die casting equipment.

• Maintained equipment performance by lubricating and cleaning components.

• Extrusion CAST Stretch Film making machine (5 layers), At the beginning of the shift check the preferred film specification
• Prepare all the raw materials
• Cartons,pallets,cores
• Especially the required "resins"
• Set-up the machine according to the desire film elongation,micron,lenght,width and diameter of the roll
• Check the parameters, extruders, chill roll temperatures also the hoppers if it is sucking the materials
• Set-up the edge of the film for a better and continues running even in high speed status
• Check the winder tension to avoid the core to collapsed and also to have a quality rolls
• Maintain the cleanliness of the machine then turn over it to the next shift properly
• Products: Power strecth films
• Standard, high and very high elongations
• Jumbo rolls manual and pe-stretch.

• Clean the assigned machine at the beginning of the shift
• Prepare all the tools and materials needed to the assigned machine
• Set-up the machine to the desire tissue specification
• Start operate the machine
• Have some adjustment or troubleshooting if required according to the desired paper
• Make an inspection of the finish product
• After the shift always clean the area and the machine then turnover it to the next shift properly
