Even If it is a year-period experience, I got quite important skills that will be very useful for new costumer sales. And I believe that those skills are commonly used in other industries too, not only IT industry. And I really want to use my language skill, communication skill and new costumer approaching skill in one of the foreign companies in Japan.
Participated in an international exhibitions in Tokyo, Amsterdam, and New York showing our product(software). After getting the information of the visitors who came and were presented our product, we did the next follow-ups.
1: sorting the visitors' information and picking up those who have hight potential of buying our product according to their company or job.
2: calling to them and asking if they had a good impression and high interest in our products.
3: if I get positive reply, I moved into setting meeting arrangements.
4: Once we could arrange meeting, we went and introduce out company and product more in detail. And discussed about their needs or problems that they are facing.
From that point we could move into business talks and get orders.
Here what I did is calling to costumers, arranging meetings, introducing products and if they want detailed or technical information, I used to arrange meeting including customers and our system engineers.
