• Understanding the billing system workflow, related database architecture and servers architecture.
• Troubleshoot issue problems, identify root cause and provide an effective solution within contractual SLA time.
• Resolved problems, improved operations and provided exceptional service.
• Efficient working with Oracle PL/SQL Database for purpose of SAT support and problem solution.
• Preparing and implement the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for system activity requirement.
• Trigger procedure to complete order status using Linux/ Unix shell script.

Project MPT-KSGM Mobile Operation Center(MOC)

• Troubleshoot hardware or software problems, identify root cause and provide an effective solution within contractual SLA time.
• Collaborate with HQ planner and network design in order to establish and develop a project framework and manage the tracking of interdependencies within or across projects.
• Audit network elements for alarming, configuration inconsistencies and optimization.
• Monitoring, planning and optimizing Network Traffic, through analyzing related reports and statistics, in order to ensure optimal utilization of resource.
