I work in the field of import / export for 10 years. First I worked in the customer service division handling air deliveries, then I started handling ocean deliveries as well. Then, as a member of the sales division, I gave the choices to customers who want to compare sea and air costs. The work of customer service gave me confidence to ensure customer requests easily. I am a detail-oriented person, at the same time, all of the information that is scattered into chunks allows me to draw a big picture by connecting all of the information together taking a little idea of the varied part.
