Living as a islander.

• Living in the small isolated island with about 130ppl.
• Managing a island clinic without doctors, work is quite varied ex; like a pharmacist, receptionist.
• Assessed patients from newborns to seniors, male and female, locals and visitors whoever needs help in the island, handled general trauma (small surgery care like staple, removing the fishing needle) and emergency transfer by ferry or helicopter is very specific experience in the island.
• Held some education session for school adolescence about women's health with small yoga session.
• Led the vaccination campaign for COVID19n in the island from the 1st time to 4th in the village hall in Kagoshima city as a public health nurse.

• Helped members navigate enrollment process and choose appropriate options.
• Assisted individuals, families and small businesses with acquiring health, vision, life and dental insurance.
• Coordinated all medications for authorized people of JICA, collaborated with JICA Japan health care office.
• Researched and explored many of medical facilitations in entire Burkina faso and communicate with officers.

• Conducted the IYCF-e center for the Kurdish refugees in Turkey, that was the quite unique setup by a Japanese midwife (me) and became the model for the other missions.
• Gave public talks on importance of health education and specific disease prevention and treatment strategies.
• Developed and improved continuing education programs and new employee training on specific health issues.
• Assisted local and state governments and community agencies with developing health education programs.

• Coordinated the MSF research about the causal relationship of Malnutrition with Malaria, Diarrhea, and Pneumonia.

• Collected data and followed research protocols, operations manuals and case report form requirements.
