I worked for approximately 15 years at Banpresto, a Japanese toy manufacturer (now part of Bandai Spirits). My responsibilities included administrative and licensing operations related to character IP, sales, and a wide range of tasks involved in launching and expanding the company’s overseas business, ultimately leading it to profitability.
In 2015, I moved to the UK after getting married and lived there for about two years. During that time, I passed the Cambridge First Certificate in English (FCE).
After returning to Japan in 2017, I began working as an ad evaluator for Lionbridge. Through this work, I developed a deeper interest in my native language, Japanese, which led me to complete a 420-hour Japanese Language Teacher Training Course approved by the Agency for Cultural Affairs.
