Communication and Teamwork: I value teamwork and maintain smooth communication. In sales activities, I frequently collaborated with customers, team members, other team members, and contractors in various positions. When completing a task, I actively collaborated within the team rather than trying to solve it on my own. Spirit of Challenge: I stay aware of new technologies and trends, and I am willing to take on challenges. In my previous and prior jobs, there were many instances of overtime, but by introducing new systems, I was able to achieve operational improvements. Mental Health Literacy: I believe in the importance of mental care for myself and others, based on my experience working in a hospital under stressful conditions. In Japan, the culture of mental care is still new and not well-established. I consider mental care for family, friends, colleagues, and team members as the most important task for achieving goals.
