I completed a four-year internship as a Network Security Analyst in Bangkok, Thailand - where I gained hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving network and security-related issues, maintaining IT systems, and assisting employees with hardware and software problems. While the role primarily involved technical support in a smaller environment, it provided me with real-world problem-solving skills and a practical understanding of IT security and infrastructure and also helped me acquire my CISSP certification from ISC2. Holding multiple cybersecurity certifications, I am well-versed in industry best practices and security frameworks. Passionate about technology and continuous learning, I am now seeking an IT/Cybersecurity consulting role in Singapore to apply my previous face to face Sales Experience and Cybersecurity knowledge in a dynamic and challenging environment, helping businesses enhance their security posture and IT efficiency.
