- Literature search, devising new processes, or refining existing ones, to optimize the manufacturing process of NCEs.
- Execute route scouting studies, feasibility studies and optimization studies
- Process development towards cost reduction; improve process safety and establishment of robust manufacturing process.
- Skills in interpretation of analytical data like HPLC, GC, LCMS, GCMS, MASS, IR, NMR, DSC, PXRD, etc.
- Proposing specification for Key Raw Materials (KSM), intermediates and Final API’s.
- Responsible for Technology transfer of chemical process scale up in Kilo lab followed by Pilot plant.
- Preparation of documentation like Technology Developmental Report and CMC Dossier.
- Reading, writing and reviewing of technical reports, study reports, dossier leafs, tech transfer documents, change controls etc. and maintaining appropriate records.
