• In charge of planning teambuilding activities and mental health care activities for trainees.
· End-to-end process of recruitment from outsourcing, screening of resume, pre-employment exam, initial interview, scheduling of final interview to department, job offer, new employee orientation, company tour, until endorsement to department.
· In charge of the processing of Internal Hiring, lateral transfer and promotions.
· Prepares HR documents such as job offers, contracts, promotions, lateral transfers, and changes in salary.
· Prepares and issues company ID for probationary, regular employees, & employees under manpower agency.
· Handles pre-employment requirements and 201 files of employees.
· Preparation of Bank transmittal for ATM Payroll application
