- As person in charge of overseas business transactions from Japan side, coordinates with contact person of each overseas base while negotiating price and obtaining quotations from suppliers located both in Japan and abroad.
- Even with Corona situation, which not only made working conditions difficult but also has negative impact on semiconductor industry, able to maintain existing overseas customers by quoting with very competitive prices and supplying products to end-users well ahead of desired lead time.
- Being part of overseas business expansion team, managed to research and contact well over 350 potential customers worldwide. Contacting methods include calling through the telephone, sending message through e-mail/website and LinkedIn.
- Devised different schemes and tactics in order to get attention and be more appealing on potential clients such as setting Conference Meetings, customizing Company Profile Presentation according to each target industry/client and creating product brochure which can be used during exhibitions and conferences.
- Created and managed database of all business transactions both domestic and overseas utilized as reference for future businesses. Database contains all crucial information (i.e. product specifications, lead time, price) of all previous orders anyone in department can access and use.
- Provides support with office routine work such as Quotation submission, Purchase Order creation, product shipment scheduling, translating documents etc.
