●Transferred to Ricoh Japan to plan and develop a new communication service empowered by ASR (automatic speech recognition) and NLP (natural language processing) in collaboration with customers.
●Currently developing the business and technological strategies of communication service in the DX era, which has never been done in our company.

●Launched an inspection service using our original optical technology and cutting-edge artificial intelligence in collaboration with an AI tech venture, Ridge-i Inc.
●Responded to consultation from totally 30+ customers as a technical consultant, and designed edge AI architecture to build and run Docker Containers on NVIDIA Jetson device as a software architect.

●Constructed a business process inside the product design team to promote and support customization cases for our new products, in order to turn customer requirements and wishes into a technically reliable and responsible design.

●Moved to a Project Management section to be in charge of the global launch of a cloud-based service to reduce the operation cost by providing dynamic face-to-face video-based communication between guests and a receptionist.
●Led an international project across Sweden, US and Japan to a successful service delivery to Coor, a leading FM provider in the Nordics.

●Led a Microsoft Lync (currently Skype for Business) Integration project for a Dutch company to a great success by overcoming many technical hurdles through on-site debugging and testing. Eventually, succeeded in deploying totally 70 pcs of IWBs capable of communicating with the customer's infrastructure and won the customer's trust.

● Applied to be a member of a product design section of a new business development group by myself to make our new product (IWB; Interactive Whiteboard) successful.

● Design and implementation of the IWB application, especially for real-time handwriting from remote devices and administrative functions to improve the serviceability.

● Contributed the trust to our company by designing and providing the technical service and support structure for our solution products and major customers.

●Tackled various kinds of research and development projects based on my vast knowledge about analog electronic circuit, feedback control theory, computer vision, machine learning, Windows client programming, Web application programming and database.
