With over 20 years of professional experience in the automotive and IT industry across Asia and the U.S., I have successfully led strategic initiatives such as business process reengineering for cross-business processes in R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and service & support. I am also skilled in value management, having implemented a value KPI framework and played a key role in strategy building and execution.
Since 2008, I have established a business as part of a global organization in the Japan and Asia Pacific market. This involved developing a go-to-market strategy, driving demand generation, fostering customer/partner relationships, building an expert team, and implementing a remote service/support delivery model as well as establishing executive relationships.
