• Performs instrument calibration, installation and repair of defective components of the control system. Calibrates readings on instruments according to standards to ensure the accuracy of recording and the indicating function of the instruments.

• Performs the inspection and maintenance of control valves by disassembling, cleaning and replacing of defective parts.

• Responsible for the record of the calibrations performed for providing the technical reports and calibration data to the customer.

• Ensuring the client satisfaction by executing the maintenance service work according to the client expectation. Comply with the client safety regulation inside their work site.

• Performs the commissioning and testing of all the instrument and controls of the drill-ship including control valve, pressure transmitter, level switch and transmitter, fire/smoke alarms, switchboard and breakers.

• Performs the operation of the operating system at the control room during the commissioning and I/O test of controls and instruments of the drill ship.

• Performs hands on testing of all types of field instrumentation including temperature, flow, level and pressure transmitters.

• Performs electrical / instrumentation detailed drawing that was requested by department head using AutoCAD 2D software.

• Performs drawing design including wiring connection, instrument plot plant, hook up/typical drawing, panel layout and as built drawing prior to the received design instructions, samples and reference drawings from clients.

• Performs the construction of detailed drawing including conduit, cable tray, piping layout drawing with its respective support details using AutoCAD 2D with the reference of the 3D layout model of the plan and ensuring that the drawing met the project standards.
