What I value throughout my work Throughout my work, I value three things: flexibility, efficiency, and continuous growth. First, flexibility. While working with multinational members at Total, there are time differences and cross-cultural differences. To cope with this, we need to be flexible in the way we interact and work. Secondly, efficiency. My strength is to be efficient and aware of priorities in the midst of many daily emails, which helps the team to proceed smoothly in dealing with EPC contractors, outsourcing companies, and visits from the same industry. Finally, there is continuous growth. Although we often learn from scratch when we are exposed to a new field, we are constantly absorbing knowledge and growing as we engage in a wide range of support tasks from solar development, accounting, and O&M. By working with these three things in mind, I hope to contribute not only to the organization but also to my own personal growth.
