  • 2024-present LIXIL brand strategy task force: Assigned to a cross-organizational task force team to develop LIXIL brand strategy for CEO & EOs.
  • 2022-present LIXIL Water Technology Innovation philosophy development: Assigned to a cross-organizational team to create an innovation philosophy for LIXIL Water Technology CEO to unite and engage with 5 different water business units.
  • 2022-present Leader, Living CX Strategy: Responsible for creating and implementing CX strategy for system kitchen and vanity, integrating all the touchpoints such as social media, showrooms, brochures to boost brand awareness (top of mind) and preference with coherent brand experience for consumers as well as for professional users.
  • 2019-2022 Leader, Brand & Marketing Strategy: Work as the marketing partner for 9 business units as well as to develop LIXIL total communication (TVCM, web site, social media etc.). A new TVCM during COVID-19 was evaluated as top 10% of all the ads tested in Japan.

The biggest project was to develop and deliver marketing training program to 500 marketers at a world-class cosmetic company.

  • 2007-2010 Regional Brand Director Dove Hair and mod's hair: Led brand growth strategies for Dove Hair and mod's hair portfolios across the North East Asia region (Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and Hong Kong), working closely with the global brand team aligning brand positioning, innovation and communication strategy, as well as the local marketing teams to develop locally relevant executions such as merchandizing visuals, website, and media plans.
