In the military, I was responsible for the restoration of a welfare facility facing operational difficulties and led a team of five to complete the mission As a result, our achievements were acknowledged in a document by the division commander I belonged to a platoon tasked with resolving missions that required support When we first took on the restoration mission, there was no predecessor, and many parts were malfunctioning Together with the responsible officers, we handled repairs, procurement of supplies, and management, either in collaboration with other units or on our own Notably, I took the initiative to establish detailed regulations regarding the operational policies and ensured a thorough handover to my successors As the senior member of the team, I distributed roles fairly among the juniors to carry out the mission without any discontent Consequently, the facility's morale improvement was widely recognized

During my university years, I worked as a local assistant at the Kyoto Korean Language Education Center, assisting with interpretation, paperwork, equipment setup, and invigilation As a result, I successfully contributed to several TOPIC exams and exchange meetings Over four years, I collaborated with this institution on various events and exams, providing significant support during the COVID-19 period Notably, in 2022, I served as an interpreter and information provider at the Korean Study Abroad Fair held in Kyoto This event facilitated communication between Japanese students wishing to study in Korea, Japanese school officials, and Korean representatives Consequently, despite a period of reduced international exchange, we actively utilized online meetings and successfully expanded the fair beyond previous iterations
