I am a 28-year-old from Sri Lanka who has successfully completed the JLPT N3 exam. I lived in Japan from 2016 to 2019 before returning to my homeland to graduate from university. Recently, I have returned to Japan. I am proficient in multiple languages, including English, Japanese, and Hindi, and possess basic knowledge of Korean, German, Tamil, and French. This linguistic ability allows me to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, ensuring smooth daily operations. My previous part-time and full-time experiences in various customer service roles, as well as positions as an operations manager, virtual teacher, and caregiver in both Sri Lanka and Japan, have refined my interpersonal skills and my capacity to provide exceptional service. I am adept at managing multiple responsibilities and quickly adapting to changes, which helps maintain high-quality service even during busy periods. My administrative skills encompass schedule management, document organization, and correspondence handling, all while effectively utilizing technology.
