  • Lead the frontline commercial and deliver Commercial plans in Myanmar. This would encompass the delivery of the commercial plans, localized to fit the cluster and market requirements across the full commercial spectrum of Channel, VTM and Integrated Execution & capabilities.
  • Translate the CCL plans and build the Myanmar Long Range Plans and Annual Business plans, that help deliver the Volume, Revenue, Operating Income, NARTD value share at a channel level for the countries within the cluster. This includes integrated channel programs, CCL calendar aligned with overall consumer marketing calendar, driving alignment of commercial KPI’s and alignment with key stake holders.
  • Ensure seamless alignment with the external system partners and internal stakeholders’ franchise and frontline marketing teams.
  • Responsible for full alignment with key stakeholders & delivery of the CCL plans rolled up. This includes tracking & reporting against the aligned KPI’s and undertaking/aligning plans for course correction as and when required.
  • This role entails analyzing market opportunities from a commercial, shopper and channel lens leveraging data sources like Macro Indicators, Nielsen- Retailer audit, Kantar Panel-Shopper data, Internal Sale Data, Global Data sources.
  • Support co-development of a plan with the bottler(s) for long term execution capability development to achieve objectives.
  • Work closely with RGM and VTM to accelerate learnings through sharing of best practices and approaches that could be mutually relevant and aid better execution of our OU strategy.
  • Accelerate Volume, NSR, transaction growth, TCCC basket and purchase incidence and system margins as well as value share across all key channels in the OU.
