• Responsible for allocating and organizing resources among teams to maximize productivity to ensure accomplishment of strategic goals along with simplification of processes for error free execution.
• Responsible for managing AS400 Life science - Identify, organize & coordinate set of tasks to produce expected deliverables. Analyze various routine processes and map tasks to detect blockages that impact overall performance.
• Responsible for DR and I-win- Carry out drill activity for disaster recovery to manage data & system restoration.
• Responsible for client support using mainframe DR server, I-Win, Life J & Life science.

• Responsible for Generic/Organizational Change - Implement, update and modify customer data in CICS transactions on mainframe environment.
• Responsible for managing ITPS - Identify, organize & coordinate set of tasks to produce expected deliverables.
• Responsible for error monitoring - Identify, diagnose & resolve error to ensure excellent performance on mainframe production.
• Responsible for creating IR and present the details to client along with discussion on preventive measures.
• Responsible for client support using mainframe z/OS,TSO/ISPF, JCL,CICS, IAM, Macros,SILVA and active directory.

Shifted to Kyndryl child company of (IBM) with the similar role as in IBM.

• Responsible for alignment, cross-alignment and mapping of resources.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting - To aid critical monitoring support on mainframe (TSO/ISPF screens).
• Client support and coordination - Bilingual assistance for technical and non-technical leads.

• Compliance and Security team - Analyze the data to find the errors and accordingly rectify them to make a standard compliance report on monthly basis.
• Administration - Maintain a system for compliance check for onshore data, such as the creation and revocation of access rights for vital tools, interfaces and devices.
• Identifying & locating JCL errors within the system and assisting compliance & security team for L1 support troubleshoot.
