I have been interested in sports since junior high school. I started playing basketball and continued playing in Japan . I am also work out 3 days a week and trying to stay fit even in my senior years.

As for reading, I read a book every month. My favorites are crime, mystery . I believe that we can learn a lot by reading books.

My other interest is watching good movies with good actors in them. A good actor can make a movie worth watching and usually has a lesson to learn in it.
