Minami Sato

Through the experience of working in diverse set of work, I was able to gain the ability to precisely communicate and coordinate with co-workers in fulfilling orders. Moreover, I learned how to efficiently manage time in accomplishing multiple tasks in parallel while collaborating with others.

Through the experiences I gained from various extra-curricular activities like getting involved in a theatre course, taking up exclusive online course offered by Stanford university, and being a japanese tutor for foreign students, I was able to develop several skills. Firstly, I learned invaluable interpersonal skills such as proficiently communicating with others and keeping open mind especially when collaborating with others who have different cultural and societal backgrounds than I do. Secondly, I learned how to critically think through problems and come up with creative solutions. One of the examples is when I led a project called "Mottainai", which utilized the japanese culture of upcycling used fabrics in promoting environmental awareness and protection around the campus.
