When I was a high school student, I was the president of the brass band club. There were about 60 members from junior high school students to high school students. We won a Special Jury Prize at the Japan Brass Band Competition. That was a wonderful experience for me. To make the audience enjoy, we prepared a lot for this competition. We have tried to create the music by not only providing the standard performance but also the joy that no school has ever attempted. We added extra effort to make the time more special by creating stage decorations, acting, and performing the musical taste. I believe this uniqueness brought lots of preciousness and amusement to the audience. I would not describe this time as easy to deal with, however, I worked hard to understand the frustration and tried to see things from each perspective as a leader. It also helped me to grow as a person in many ways; communicating smoothly, leading juniors, building trust and strong bonds, time management skills, problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, and active listening, for instance. I consider that I will be able to apply these skills in a variety of ways to complete each task and get work done efficiently.
