Key R&R : As a Project Lead responsible for Data Migration from legacy system to Flexcube.

• Collaborated with the Japanese client for succinct understanding of deliverables including Data Migration and facilitated change management from legacy system for bank to adapt to the upgraded Flexcube version.
• Conducted in depth analysis for optimizing the migration, coordinated performance runs and Proof of Concepts (POC) for the smooth transition of secure banking data.
• During internal tests reduced migration defect rate by identifying, reporting, and tracking issues using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla and also streamlined communication between onsite and offshore teams through effective use of Confluence.

Client : Citibank, Brazil and Columbia

Key R&R : As the Lead for the Citibank Offshore development and delivery team.

• As a team lead was involved in the upgradation of Flexcube from legacy Oracle Forms to Java version.
• Addressed and tailored custom solutions for Citibank Latam region such as Brazil and Columbia and provided support for GO LIVE and in post production stage.

Client : Citibank, Singapore

Key R&R : As team member for the onsite Implementation Support and GO LIVE for Citibank in 14 APAC countries from Singapore.

• Collaborated in the implementation of Flexcube Core banking system primarily for modules such as Customer Accounts (CASA), Interest & Charges (IC), Funds Transfer (FT) and Money Market(MM).
• Supported the System Integration and User Acceptance Tests performed by bank users.
• Additionally worked with internal teams to develop customised solutions that addressed unique client needs.

Client : Viet Russia Joint Venture Bank (VRB Vietnam), Asia Finance Bank (AFB Malaysia), Bank of Montreal (BMO China)

Key R&R : As a team member entrusted in specific module development

• Involved in the offshore development, delivery and implementation of Vietnam Cluster release.
• Customized important Branch operation screens which performed cash transactions and had high financial impact.
