• Make technical document edit plan
• Communicating with R&D department, QC department to attain the necessary technical data and information.
• Editing the technical document to provide sufficient technical support for the on site service engineers.
• Organizing technical document review and release.

• Communicate with trainees and trainers to confirm the training schedule, accommodation, transport, agenda and so on.
• Coordinate kinds of training resource.
• Help to solve various of problems in the process of training.
