Basically I've worked in social welfare field. Firstly, I tried to help them. But actually, I have been learned from them a lot. Same as Malaysian. I went to there as an international volunteer. But I also have been learn from them a lot.
I passed entrance exam of Nagoya City Hall University graduate level in April, 1988. I assigned to social worker. Then I moved to Child Welfare Center, and I was in charge of instructor for mentally handicapped children. After three years past by, I flied to Malaysia as an international volunteer. After 2 years activities over there, I came back to Japan and I returned to Child Welfare Center in Nagoya City Hall,
Afterword, most of my work was desk work, until I retired because of the retirement age.
I had worked in Malaysia as a special education teacher. Mostly, I instructed local Education staff. My instruction was not lecture. I tried to show them how to train properly to the pupils. I frequently made some teaching marterials, they were handmade. Sometimes I used to played keybord to sing and dance together.
I've learned we don't forse the children to follow us We need to follow them first Afterword, deeply intercource make trastable relationship
