  • Business Continuity Projects on QFP/SOT Packages

> Address leadframe shortage and support demand surge thru leadframe 2nd sourcing from different suppliers.

Results: Supported critical customer demands and ship dates on 26 part numbers. 13 ongoing projects


  • New Product Introduction

> Ensure first pass qualification success and packaging related excursions prevention on new device whilst meeting critical milestones and Release to Market schedule.

Results: 9 devices qualified, 4 ongoing qualification
